Defective or Wrong Items:Please email us with photos showing the defect or wrong item so that we can correct the issue immediately.
REFUND POLICY:
We will issue refunds for orders that are defective as stated above, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color, receiving a different size than ordered or holes/damage to the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request with photos sent and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase.
Please understand, due to our products being made to order, refunds will likely not be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes ordering a wrong size, style, or color. We print the exact number of garments, based on the orders that came in, and will not have extras to exchange unless a new order is placed. Please read the sizing chart and measurements carefully for each item to assure a proper fit before ordering.
On items which run small or large, we will put this information in the details under the item. That being said there are exceptions, and we are not comfortable putting a policy or blanket statement into effect that states no returns will be accepted. We handle each customer’s concern on a case by case basis, so please reach out to us with any concerns and we will be happy to help!
